经济管理学院起源于1980年创建的中国工业科技管理大连培训中心和大连理工大学管理工程系，1985年成立管理学院是国内最早的6所管理学院之一，我们开创了中国现代管理教育史上多个“第一”和“国内之最”。

学院拥有管理科学与工程、工商管理和应用经济学三个一级学科。其中，管理科学与工程为国家重点学科，技术经济及管理为国家重点（培育）学科，管理科学与工程、工商管理和产业经济学为辽宁省重点学科。管理科学与工程和工商管理为一级学科博士点，均设有博士后流动站。同时，拥有管理科学与工程、工商管理和应用经济学三个一级学科硕士点；金融（MF）、工商管理（MBA）和工程管理（MEM）三个硕士专业学位授权点。“管理科学与工程”学科和“工商管理”学科在第四轮教育部学科评估都进入A类。管理工程学科群进入双一流建设方案。

大连理工大学经济管理学院已在重大装备制造信息化、电子商务与电子政务工程、企业生态创新工程、大数据与智能决策、项目管理、创新创业知识产权研究等领域取得了一系列重大成就。提出了基于信息与知识管理的制造信息化复杂系统优化理论和创新机制，研发了面向国家政府部门、重点企业的决策支持系统，建设了国内最大的管理案例库。

学院目前已通过了AACSB、CAMEA、EQUIS、AMBA四大顶级认证。

学院鼓励教师出国学习、交流，并积极引进海外优秀人才，先后与美国、加拿大、德国、法国、日本、澳大利亚等国家及港、澳、台地区的多所大学建立了广泛的学术交流和合作研究。国际学术会议搭建了多个国际学术交流平台，学院与澳大利亚联邦大学建立“经济、商业和管理合作中心”，与美国马塞诸塞州大学波士顿分校建立“东西方商业研究院”。

学院建立既符合国际规范又具有中国特色的国际咨询委员会，邀请国内外知名大学校长、商学院院长、及国际知名企业高层管理人员担任委员，为学院的运行发展和国际化建设等战略问题提供咨询与建议，为学院各项事业的改善与国际商学院接轨提供帮助，为整合国际高端教育资源提供有力支持。

Requirements （应聘要求）
l  A Ph.D. degree from famous universities.
l  A good professional background, potential and internationalized vision, and have published papers on famous international journals or working papers targeting to top journals.
l  Be capable of engaging in teaching and scientific research and be able to give related specialized courses.
l  Be capable of giving at least one core course in Chinese in the corresponding discipline, and should work full-time at SEM.
